What we collect
The only personal data we collect through this website is what you submit via the contact form: your name, your email address, and the contents of your message. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.
Why we process it and on what basis
We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps towards a potential engagement at your request. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who processes it on our behalf
- Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our mailbox. Your form data passes through their infrastructure.
- Vercel — hosts this website and, like any hosting provider, processes technical request logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the safeguards described in their respective privacy documentation, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows from it, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
